Return/Refund Policy:

All returned products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. We will not accept returns if tags have been removed. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product and will issue an exchange or a refund with a valid receipt only. Contact us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your package. All orders returned without a RMA will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns accepted after 14 days can be exchanged for store credit only. Credit will be valid for exchange for 30 days. All orders returned to the wrong address will be charged any additional shipping costs incurred to forward return to the correct address. Shipping is non-refundable. Inclusive shipping fees that you receive at the time of purchase will be deducted from the cost of returns or exchanges. Inclusive shipping offers are not valid on returns or exchanges. As with all merchandise there is a small chance of defective products. In such cases the product will be exchanged with no additional shipping fees. All sales items can be returned for merchandise credit only.


Shipping Policy:

Products are normally shipped within 48 hours. Expedited requests are shipped same day if ordered before 2pm central/standard time, otherwise shipped the following business day. Items are available for expedited shipping for an additional fee.
